Housekeeping issue…

This item was referred to in a brief commentary earlier, (“Hudak, Ryan both wrong on unions” Feb. 20th), and I didn’t put up the full text as it is a lot longer than the letters-to-the-editor which usually go into this category.

But on reflection, I realize that Toronto Sun postings don’t usually stay up more than three or four years, so I am posting the full text so as not to lose it…

Russian expansionism a direct result of Obama’s weakness…

“Russia signaled concern on Wednesday at Estonia’s treatment of its large ethnic Russian minority, comparing language policy in the Baltic state with what it said was a call in Ukraine to prevent the use of Russian…”

President Obama’s weakness in the face of Russian expansionism and the seizure of Crimea has encouraged Vladimir Putin to start making noises about the well-being of ethic Russians in other ex-Soviet Bloc states – areas that Russia deliberately moved its citizens into both before and during the Cold War.
