“Years ago, I joked that we should simply give all our wealth, all our money, all our property to the slave-masters in Washington and New York and Tel Aviv, and then they could just decide how much of it they would kindly give back to us to feed our families so we could keep working for them without actually starving to death. It’s not much of a joke anymore, since we’re more than halfway there already.” – Kevin Alfred Strom, “Dependence Day” – National Vanguard, July 3rd, 2021.

“We’re truly in the silly season of political coverage. It’s the depths of summer, the expected election campaign has yet to start, and journalists are looking for things to do.” – Brian Lilley, “Trudeau hasn’t won yet and O’Toole can’t be counted out as media spin bizarre tales in the summer” – Toronto Sun, July 23rd, 2021.

“Xi Jinping is not likely to fear American security guarantees for Taiwan or anywhere else in the face of America’s highly visible retreat from the trappings of power. And the billion dollars sent to the son of the President of the United States to ‘manage’ surely bought something more than mediocre investment returns.” – Thomas Lifson, “Threat of Chinese military aggression even more worrisome after CCP’s 100th anniversary celebration” – American Thinker, July 4, 2021.

“The virus is real. It is a danger to people with poor immune systems and to those with co-morbidities. People of any age could have impaired immune systems and serious illnesses. However, immune and health problems are more associated with the elderly as they have had a lifetime to engage in bad habits and non-healthy living. The vast majority of those whose deaths were attributed to Covid had co-morbidities… Remember, the assumption was that there were no treatments, thus the emphasis on developing a vaccine, but there were two highly successful, safe, and inexpensive treatments based on HCQ and Ivermectin. These treatments stood in the way of emergency permission to use untested and unapproved vaccines and were demonized for the sake of Big Pharma vaccine profits.” – Paul Craig Roberts, “How the covid “pandemic” was orchestrated” – Unz Review, July 15th, 2021.

“Ottawa, Ontario, 6 July 2021 – One hundred years today, the precursor to The Royal Canadian Legion officially recognized the Poppy as Canada’s lasting symbol of Remembrance. A century later, the Legion is commemorating this historic milestone… ‘We are proud to be the safekeepers of this special symbol, brought to us by a visionary woman,’ says Dominion President Thomas D. Irvine, CD. ‘Every time I see a Poppy I think of our fallen, and I thank them for their sacrifices’… The idea for the Remembrance Poppy in Canada was conceived by Madame Anna Guérin of France. She was inspired by John McCrae’s poem ‘In Flanders Fields.’ Anna had originally founded a charity to help rebuild regions of France torn apart by the First World War, and created poppies made of fabric to raise funds… Later, Anna presented her concept to France’s allies, including the precursor to The Royal Canadian Legion, The Great War Veterans Association. The idea was considered at a meeting in Port Arthur, Ontario (now Thunder Bay) and was adopted on July 6, 1921.” – Royal Canadian Legion e-mail message, July 6th, 2021.
